Addosser Finance is committed to impacting the lives of the communities it operates in and who we do business with. Our focal point is to provide support beyond finance towards contributing and empowering human development most especially women and entrepreneurs in the society.

Our bias towards women stem from our belief that women play a vital role towards building a sustainable economy. As a result, we take giant strides in promoting gender equality, ensuring equal pay, opportunities and rights for women starting with our organization.

We also leverage our time and resources towards providing capacity building programs that would improve leadership and business management. Part of our initiative towards incubating and accelerating the success of female owned businesses is through our SME Boutique Women Entrepreneurs Club (SWEC) platform where we lend a supportive hand in helping female entrepreneurs grow and scale their businesses.
