Olusola Odediran
Chairman
Olusola is a Partner at Somakey Resources Limited where is he responsible for business advisory and loan structuring. He has a wide experience as a seasoned banker for over 15 years where he once worked and served as Branch Manager at Stanbic IBTC, Keystone Bank and Bank PHB.
Olusola’s professional experience includes Personal Risk Asset Creation, Liability Generation, Relationship Management, Balance Sheet Management, Loan Recovery and Restructuring. He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered) and he holds a degree in Mathematics from University of Ibadan. In his leisure time, he engages in physical fitness, fine art and he also enjoys playing chess.
Misan Eresanara
Non-Executive Director
Misan Eresanara is a Non-Executive Director, Addosser Finance Limited. He holds an LL.B form University of Benin, Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian bar in 1987. He is the Founding Solicitor at Misan Eresanara and Company Solicitors having worked as a Legal Practitioner for over 25 years.
Misan is the Chairperson at African Leadership Council (ALC) of Special Olympics, African Region. He also sits as a Board member, Special Olympics Nigeria, and NGO for the Intellectually disabled and among several other private companies. He also acts as Company secretary and Legal Adviser to several private companies in Nigeria.
He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and he brings to the Board his excellent advisory services across Corporate and Non-profit organizations.
Stephanie Anyamele
Non-Executive Director
Stephanie is a Business Consultant and Chartered Accountant with over 7 years experience in the professional service industry, particularly Auditing and Advisory services. Widely experienced in all aspects of business operations, talent development, strategy, finance and management, Stephanie is the Chief Experience Officer at What Next, Coach?
She holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from University of Birmingham, England where she was also Vice President External Relations, AIESEC Birmingham. She started her career at Ernst &Young (EY), LLNP, London, England as an Audit Associate and rose to become an Audit Senior. She later went to work at Ernst & Young Foundation as the Programme Delivery Lead, Smart Futures Programme.
At Ersnt & Young, she received multiple awards: impact award for demonstrating company values of ‘building a better world’, impact award for demonstration of continued ‘exceptional client service’ to a SEC-listed client and impact award for consistently contributing to ‘high performing teams’.By invitation, she was recognized to meet Business Advisor to UK Prime Minister for discussion on Government assistance for SME’s.
From her role as a Chief Experience Officer and her international exposure, Stephanie has experience in helping build better financial and operational structures for small and medium sized businesses.
Dare Ogunbona
Non-Executive Director
Dare Ogunbona is an Chief Executive Officer at Prime Grade Consult Limited that specializes in business and financial management, research & development and Investment Management. Prior to working for Prime Grade Consult, Dare served as Executive Director at Kord Capital Limited. He also gathered much experience from working at Lotus Capital Limited.
Dare bagged a certificate from the Chartered Institute of Insurance Nigeria (NIIN) and has worked with Anchor Insurance Company Limited and Oasis Insurance Plc. He holds a BSc in Science Psychology from Obafemi Awolowo University. Dare is a fellow member with Investment Adviser and Portfolio Management (AIPM).
Over the years, Dare has acquired relevant skills and experience in Risk Management, Process Optimization, Marketing Strategy & Planning and Advanced knowledge in Structuring of Islamic Finance Product.
Aramide Saqid
Non-Executive Director
Aramide Sadiq is an Independent Consultant at AANDB TECH, FINCONECTA, a Miami based Fintech Start-up. She works with C-level executives of Financial Institutions in Africa and Middle East to access digital transformation needs and identify long and short-term opportunities for innovation projects.
Aramide holds an MBA from the Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University; where she was Co-chair and Head of Media and Marketing, Africa Business Club, she also co-led the Africa Business Conference. Aramide is a certified Chartered Marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom. She also holds a honors in Marketing Strategy, Digital Strategy and Strategic Communication from Yale School of Management.
Having worked in the banking sector for over 9 years she has gained significant experience in Marketing Customer service and User experience and Platform strategy. She also brings to the Board her international business exposure.
Bukola Adepitan
Executive Director, Marketing
Bukola Adepitan is the Executive Director, Marketing at Addosser Finance Limited where she leads and drives the Consumer Group on Loan Deposit mobilization and Risk Asset creation to achieve set targets.
Prior to joining Addosser Finance, she worked in several Microfinance Banks where she over saw Deposit mobilization, Loan monitoring, Branch operations, Product performance, etc. Bukola is an accomplished Marketing professional with over 9 years of distinguished performance in Marketing, New Business development, Relationship and Personalized banking within the banking sector.
Bukola is known for her exceptional Relationship Management skill which has endeared her to acquiring and retaining customers and has brought her multiple recognitions.
Ayodeji Sobulo
Managing Director
Ayodeji Sobulo is the Managing Director of Addosser Finance Limited. Prior to joining Addosser Finance Limited, he served as the Managing Director at Addosser Microfinance Bank for 10 years.
He graduated from University of Ibadan, the pioneer institution in Nigeria, with a degree in Agronomy. Ayodeji started his career with Ecobank Nigeria PLC in 1996.
In 2001, he joined the erstwhile MBC Merchant Bank as an Assistant Manager, Commercial Banking unit where he was in charge of packaging credits, relationship management, sourcing for avenues to open up businesses among others. He rose to become a Deputy Manager within the same establishment in 2003 with further responsibilities in Risk Asset Creation and Management, Budgetary preparation and the development of the bank’s Human Resource capacity in these areas.
Deji Sobulo rose through the ranks to become the Head, Retail Banking Division. This office provided an avenue for him to yet again hone his skills in areas of developing businesses primarily in retail banking products, overseeing Public Sector Marketing (Lagos) and developing e-banking products.
He joined First Bank Nigeria PLC in 2006 where he served as the Branch Manager in one of the branches, Adetokunbo Ademola branch, Lagos. He further played this role as the Branch Manager in Agidingbi, Lagos overseeing branch operations, marketing activities, reviewing and monitoring branch P&L, formulating strategies in line with the bank-wide policy and strategy, business development.

Ayodeji Sobulo
Managing Director
Ayodeji Sobulo is the Managing Director of Addosser Finance Limited. Prior to joining Addosser Finance Limited, he served as the Managing Director at Addosser Microfinance Bank for 10 years.

Taiwo Odugbesan
Head, Operations
Taiwo Odugbesan is the Head of Operations at Addosser Finance Limited with over 9 years’ experience in the financial service sector.
Prior to Joining Addosser Finance Limited, she started her work experience with Hebron Microfinance Bank in 2011 and later went on to join Addosser Microfinance Bank in 2012 as a Teller officer. She rose through the ranks to become the Head, Funds Transfer and later the Head of Banking Operations in the same organization.
Taiwo bagged a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from National Open University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Pure Chemistry from Olabisi Onabanjo University.
She is a team player and believes if you’re “determined, intentional and focused, the sky will be your starting point.
Raphael Ajiboye
Head, Credit Risk Management
Raphael Ajiboye is a Certified Risk Analyst, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and a graduate of Finance from University of Ilorin.
Raphael has over 7 years working experience with skills proficient in Risk management, Portfolio management and Financial Analysis. He previously worked at Zedvance Finance Limited as Teamlead, Credit Underwriting.
As Head, Credit Risk Management, Raphael is responsible for the developing and implementing of relevant risk management process in accordance with industry global practices. He believes that resilience and persistence conquers all things.
Oghenetega Enemuo
Head, Treasury Marketing
Oghenetega Enemuo is the Head, Treasury Marketing. She joined the organization with over 11 years banking and investment banking experience having spent most of her earlier years in Standard Chartered Bank and United Bank of Africa (UBA). She later moved to Page Financials where were held various leadership roles in Business Development, Overdraft and Liability Management.
Oghenetega obtained a BSc in Banking and Finance from Benson Idahosa University and has bagged various leadership trainings and certifications in Sales Management, Reputational Risk, Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing to name a few.
Her career mantra is –‘You don’t close a sale, you open a relationship.’ Oghenetega’s professional experience includes Funds Management and Investment Management, Bonds and Fixed Income Investments.
Bukola Adepitan
Executive Director, Marketing
